This forum has been created with the intent of encouraging the users of Socket products to share their experiences, ideas, and success stories with other users of Socket�s technology. This informal forum is not the place to request Socket Communications Technical Support.
Those kinds of questions should be directed to our online Technical Support and Registration page:

Socket Communications has implemented a new Product Registration and Technical Support System. This new system will now allow registered users to submit email inquires directly to a technical support specialist for priority service, view technical support status and activity, register additional products, view a complete database of FAQs and modify your registration profile.
Once you are on the site the first thing you want to do is register your product.
From then on technical support can be contacted by simply visiting the above URL, logging in, and submitting an inquiry or a response to technical support.
As always inquiries are answered on a first come, first serve basis and the usual response time is within hours, and we guarantee less than 2 business days.
Special Note:
The Socket Serial product line was recently sold to Quatech on 10/1/2009.
For support for any serial products please go to the serial support website, which is now maintained by Quatech.
